Cutinova Hydro is a self adhesive sterile wound dressing consisting of a polyurethane gel matrix and a polyurethane top-film which is waterproof and acts as a bacterial barrier. It is Hydro-Selective , absorbing water from wound exudate but leaving patients own frowth factors and other natural protiens which are essential to wound healing. Cutinova Hydro is also semi-transparent which allows for wound observation and reduces unecessary dressing changes.
