It has a unique horizontal wicking layer that increases the capacity by distributing exudate, maintaining integrity even when fully soaked. This can be used as a primary or secondary dressing. This dressing can be used in mild to moderate compression. It is effective for reducing Proteinases. It can absorb unhealthy exudate and lock it inside the dressing, so it does not leak or drip. It can be stacked or folded for very wet wounds. It improves patient comfort and helps prevent maceration and skin problems. This dressing locks in harmful bacteria and decreases odor. The non-adhesive border design is gentle on the skin. The soft, non-woven material offers the utmost comfort. It is also available with a border.
