Urgostart® Contact is a Non-adherant contact layer composed of a flexible polyester mesh impregnated with TLC (Tecnology Lipido-colloid ) and NOSF (Nano-Oligo Saccharide Factor) TLC combined with NOSF prevent the harmful effects of MMP's (Matrix MetalloProteases) thereby promoting rapid wound healing.
