CovaWound Superabsorbant Dressings

CovaWound SuperAbsorbent dressing consists of a soft polyethylene wound contact layer, a Polyurethane foam with SuperAbsorbent Polymer (SAP ) which provides excellent fluid absorption, and a non-woven fiber top layer. The non-adherent hydrophilic wound contact layer enables transmission of fluid through to the SAP core, which locks in fluid, decreasing the risk of maceration of the wound and surrounding tissue.CovaWound SuperAbsorbent dressings are suitable for the management of moderate to heavily exuding wounds such as leg ulcers, foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, traumatic and surgical wounds, and first and second degree burns.
